The intake process is very casual. If you are interested in counseling services, simply email, text or call me. We can set up a time/date to meet and go over what your goals are.

I have a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. I have completed training related to trauma.

My general fee is $100 per session.

I started my business on my own, renting office space and reaching out to other providers to let them know that I am an available resource.

I have worked with children, adolescents, adults. I have worked with those struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, PTSD, Bipolar, Addiction issues and many other issues.
