What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a referral is made to me and the client calls I spend time listening to their needs and what they are hoping to gain in therapy and also have they seen previous therapists. I try to get the new client in with in 10 days unless it is urgent then will get them in 48 hours. I send out forms to them to fill out and have them bring the paperwork on their initial visit.
