I have enjoyed working with Toni. She is helping me learn to manage my anxiety and as a result my depression is decreasing as well. My self esteem is increasing and I feel like I am making progress figuring out life direction.

I like Toni’s style. I have seen other therapists and I really think Toni is very genuine. Like others have said she is available to assist in between sessions and I find that really useful. I don’t need to use it often and I prefer to talk during my session time but it’s nice to know she is there if I need her.

I have enjoyed working with Toni. She is very professional but more than that she is personable. She made me feel very comfortable and is very easy to talk to. I have seen many therapists over the years and Toni is different than any other I have seen. She seems to really care- extremely genuine. She sends me all kinds of useful information- whether it’s for educational purposes or teaching me a new skill to help me manage my anxiety. She is available outside of our allotted time which is unusual. I haven’t ever met a therapist that encourages clients to text them if needed. She offer assistance in between sessions and that I am grateful for. My anxiety and depression seems much better since beginning therapy. I am now focusing on figuring out life direction. I have had relationship issues and she is helping me to sort that out. Can’t say enough about my experience with her.

So far very assume experience. She replied very quickly to my inquiry. Very understanding and compassionate. I am really enjoying talking with her. She is helping me to sort out some of my life struggles and helping me manage anxiety in ways that seem helpful thus far. I have hope and haven’t had that in long while
