Hello! I provide therapy for youth and young adults ages 12-24 from a Christian perspective. I also provide parent coaching for any parent desiring support on their parenting journey. I have been a licensed therapist for over 6 years now. I am passionate about helping young people see their value despite the messaging they receive from the world around them. I strive to create a safe space for clients to show up as themselves and meet them right where they are.
