*ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS IN TELEHEALTH* I am passionate about helping individuals discover their best selves. I use a client centered approach to therapy and will create a partnership with you in order to work through treatment together. I encourage my clients to build strong relationships, discover patterns of behavior in order to initiate change, and ultimately, live their best lives.
I believe that change comes from within each individual and during self discovery through therapy, answers to challenges emerge that are specific to you and your life.
Each individual has unique thoughts, behaviors, and relationships as well as other factors that are important to change.
My goal is to help clients achieve the life they want to live while providing a safe haven of self discovery. I have worked in the counseling field for many years. My passion lies in being genuinely curious about people and wanting to help the client meet their needs.
