As a relationship counselor, I help people to understand what they want and expect from the relationship. Sometimes, it's hard to meet those expectations of others. Being clear about what you want and need helps with understanding how to achieve that goal. Relationships are about communicating when conflicts arise and you want to give up. It's about remembering what you both bring to the relationship that makes it worth it. It's about staying humble and being there for each other when times get rough.

I enjoy helping people find solutions. I don't focus on the problem. The solution is what drives the goals we have for ourselves. Start with the end result, and then we set up the steps to get there.
