Whatever “IT” is for them. People don’t want to suffer in silence, but simply don’t have a safe and trusted place to express their innermost feelings, and to explore the origin, of what interferes with the completion of their puzzle. I am a culturally competent, compassionate coach.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer meeting face-to-face. However, respecting and considering the current pandemic, I am available for meetings both online and by telephone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a published author, and I have 14 years experience as a wellness coach. I am Certified as a Life Strategies Coach, and a Stress Management Coach.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
As I am not a therapist, I can not accept insurance.
I can discuss the hourly, and package rates with the client.
How did you get started in this business?
When I realized that compassionately listening, and the ability to offer sound advice was not only my passion, but my calling.

I have worked with men and women from different walks of life, a variety of backgrounds, experiences and professions.

Understand that Coaches are not physicians. We are here to support and to direct you through your healing.
