About
Solutions Treatment Center is New Mexico's premier Intensive Out Patient and Out Patient program. We specialize in clients struggling with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, PTSD, depression, Co-dependency, grief, disordered eating, dual diagnosis and substance abuse. We are in network with Blue Cross, Presbyterian, New Mexico Health Connections and True Health as well as all Centennial plans.
Watching clients take their lives back and heal from emotional trauma and addictive behaviors. It is amazing to watch the growth our clients experience and being a part of their healing and recovery.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prospective clients will have an inital call with one of our friendly and compassionate Intake Specialists to answer any preliminary questions. We can take your insurance information and run a complementary benefits verification and you are welcome to come tour the facility and meet our staff. Next we schedule a preadmission assessment interview, this is done face to face when possible but can also be done over the phone. Once we have determined that Solutions Treatment Center will be a good fit for your needs, we schedule an admission to either our Santa Fe or Albuquerque locations. Typically admissions are recommended to happen on Mondays, however ot.er days of the week are an option.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our therapists are licensed, master or doctoral level clinicians. Some are social workers, art therapists, licensed mental health counselors or licensed professional counselors.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We work with many insurance companies and based on the plan each individual has, that will impact the amounts they are financially responsible for. We are in network with Blue Cross, NM Health Connections, True Health, Presbyterian, Christus Health and all Centennial plans. We can also work with out of network benefits. Self pay options are available and we can also offer personalized payment plans.
How did you get started in this business?
Growing up in family where allcoholism, drug addiction, co-dependency and trauma were very present, I decided at a very young age I wanted to be there to help others get through these types of experiences. I started working in the field in my sophomore year of college. After 24 yrs in the field I opened Solutions Treatment Center and am proud to be in our 7th year of operations.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of clients, professionals, young adults, stay at home mom's, older adults, students, those from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, all religions or no religion. We do not discriminate and all of our clients are treated with dignity and respect.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Trust your gut. It takes courage to seek help and support for yourself. Choose a provider that makes you feel comfortable and has the experience to help you through this difficult time. Having a sense of trust and safety in a therapist is critical.
