I strive to provide compassion and guidance to individuals who are looking for a safe, nurturing place to find the tools needed to improve their lives. I teach skills to reduce the negative impact of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and challenging life transitions. I offer CBT and mindfulness skills to retrain the brain in order to reduce emotional turmoil. I also use EMDR to reduce the negative impact of bad things that happen in life and allow the mind to move toward a healthier, happier state of being.
I find my work satisfing and fulfilling. I enjoy watching as other's work to improve their lives and am greatful to play a part in their work.
