Massage and physical therapy to me has always been a natural activity and fitness like walking. It's a talent that I polished and perfected through education and experience. They say when you love your job you never have to work. That also means the consumer will get the best service.
In my line of work, I genuinely enjoy the satisfaction and stress relief that is made apparent by my customers. I'm a Libra baby and its in my nature to please lol.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting a new customer is a learning experience. My process entails becoming familiar with the customer's preferences and dislikes. What makes them comfortable and otherwise. I focus on trying to create the appropriate atmosphere as well as providing the best service to their level of satisfaction. Each customer is unique and i proceed to treat each accordingly. In introducing myself, I always: provide accurate information regarding my skills and abilities, share my experience in the field (if needed), and like always be very respectful.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
basic and Intermediate level courses in massage therapy and human body understanding.
