I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor that can provide both online and telephone counseling at very flexible hours, convenient to your schedule. I provide counseling for stress management, anger management, relationship issues as well as marriage counseling.

The highlight in the counseling process is when goals are established to support overall positive well being. I enjoy when clients begin to see their growth from the strategies that are provided during counseling.
