What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The processes vary at TVM as each client has unique circumstances requiring specific attention.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

There's no experience greater than the wisdom gained through life experiences. When you can help, guide, train, consult and mentor from a place of knowing wholeheartedly, it's not feasible to be trained when it all comes from a place of passion. Always know, when God guides, HE also provides. My ongoing graces in this field extends beyond 20+ years I'm elated to say. I love what I do intentionally for you.
