About

Benevolent Counseling is a mental health private practice created to assist clients who are suffering from mental health disorders in a client-centered and collaborative manner. Benevolent Counseling PLLC is veteran owned and managed. I am a fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of NC. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist-Associate (LCAS-A). I have been practicing since 2014.

I know that admitting you need help isn't the easiest thing to do and taking steps to begin the process can be even more challenging, but here you are, taking the necessary steps to make your life better, you should be very proud. I am aware of the challenges that can occur in a person's life due to anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, anger, and mental health illness. Therefore it is my utmost desire to ensure that every client who comes to Benevolent counseling is provided with service and care that is without judgment, genuine, respectful, and empathic. You will always leave feeling more hopeful than when you came it.

I have experience doing individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, SFBT, and Mindfulness.

Please visit the Benevolent counseling website at Benevolentcounseling.com or call the office at (910)568-5122.

I enjoy giving my clients hope for a better tomorrow and a better future. Hope that things can get better overall and that it can't rain forever.
