Hi my name is Linda Sealey. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Counselor (LCMHC). The services I offer include individual, family, relationship and group counseling, behavior modification, independent living, anger management life coaching and parenting skills. I am licensed in North and South Carolina with 8 years of professional coubseling experience. I specialize in helping clients with stress anxiety, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression and relationship counseling (marital and pre-marital).
My theoretical orientations include the use of Cognitive Behavior, Strength-Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing with a goal-oriented approach to helping clients grow to achieve and reach their best selves.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I enjoy working with people and being able to see the difference that counseling makes in their lives. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seek therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
