A private practice of psychotherapy working with children, adolescents and adults by providing individual, couples and family therapy. I strive to provide "psychotherapy for positive life change". Behavioral Health Specialists, LLC is affiliated with Jackson Psychiatry Group and The PMT Clinic.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a Board Certified TeleMental Health Professional. I have over twenty years of experience including both inpatient and outpatient settings.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New potential client would first call and discuss the Intake Process. Following an interest to continue an Initial Evaluation Appointment would be scheduled which would include completing a biopsychosocial history and clinical screenings. Then a recommendation could be made about future appointments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A Master of Counseling Psychology Degree and over 20 years of clinical experiences.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I only take BCBS Insurance and self-pay. Fees will range from $150 to $200.
How did you get started in this business?
Initially began in a psychiatric hospital working with adolescents and their families. In 2000 began private practice.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Children, adolescents and adults in individual, couple and family therapy.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Just tonight my last client wrote me a letter expressing his deep gratitude for our therapeutic relationship which has spanned twenty years. He was moving out of state and just wanted me to know what a difference I had made in his live from age 14 to 34. I thought to myself while holding back the tears -this is what it's all about.
