Hello! My name is Sarah and I am the owner of Stepping Stone Counseling, LLC. I have been working as a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2012. I am dedicated to helping people gain control of their life and assist in making changes to strive to become the person they desire to be. I help clients identify and achieve their personal goals and help them cope with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, and stress. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients and look forward to helping you.
I enjoy building relationships with people and helping them work through issues that may be causing them pain. It's fulfilling work to see people progress in their life.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send a link to the client portal where they can complete all paperwork online through a safe and encrypted site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in School and Professional Counseling, I am trained in different therapy treatments, such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy).
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For clients paying out of pocket, I charge $120 per 50-55 minute session. I am in-network with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Missouri HealthLink PPO. Prices will vary using insurance depending on your plan.
