Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know what they’re accustomed too & getting them comfortable with me. If the client is comfortable they will respond to the Massage & the experience. The body structure and type knowing what modalities and treatments needed for pain management, relaxation, tension & muscle relief techniques like trigger point therapy any type of treatments needed I can incorporate into the massage for benefits needed to get to homeostasis which is my goal for each client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30+ years of Nursing, chiropractic care & holistic training in alternative medicines. I’ve for the last 12 years have had a different approach to medicine & I’m blessed to have taken this journey despite the tragic losses in my past I have seen and experienced a different outlook on life and the human body. More focused on the healing aspect of medicine so therefore homeostasis is the goal.

How did you get started in this business?
holistic care and polarity therapy along with Reiki. I was struck with the amount of energy I was exposed too, the techniques used I wanted too start from the bottom too find ways to heal my mother from cancer, I no longer worked with western medical doctors & the treatments offered. I was exposed to herbs, healing oils, meditation, Acupuncture, treatments I heard were myths working in the hospitals, clinics, schools. Massage has opened doors for me I wouldn’t even imagine with the disciplined lifestyle I grew to know stubborn it may have been I was lead more in a spiritual way so I feel it’s a calling for me, being a massage therapist was never on my list of career goals it was frowned upon laughed on, lol look at me now I’m helping people live longer, stronger & healthier empowering them to understand what their bodies are saying to them & how to respond. This may not give me the lifestyle financially I once had nursing but it gives me much satisfaction.
