I do individual and group sessions, live, by zoom, and on other platforms with HIPPA compliance to ensure you are in a safe space. I will navigate you with all the tools you need to overcome depression, anxiety, fear, and chronic pain.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with each client beginning with a discovery session to determine if we are the best fit for each other. My clients typically see breakthroughs by the fifth session when we meet.

I have been where you are. I needed a better life, a purpose, and a passion for change. I worked to get where I am today through enrolling in schools and hiring my own counselors and coaches. What I have spent thousands of hours, cost, and work allows me to navigate you, as the client, to a better living and the purpose to continue is the trust you will enable me to help you
