I see mainly women to provide incite and support through life's transitions. For example divorce, relationship issues, children launching, direction change in careers, aging, health issues. Along with these issues comes depression, anxiety. I also provide group therapy to complement the individual work. This provides a place to work with people having similar struggles.
I am constantly learning about human behavior.
My work is essential to my feeling fulfilled. I have skills to help people love themselves and live their brightest life.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My priority is to create an atmosphere that is safe, for clients to do the hard work of knowing themselves better.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master Degree in Psychotherapy.
Group therapy is another focus on mine,I belong to the American Group Therapy Association and attend the yearly conference for continued growth in this specialized modality

I am covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield, UCARE,Minnesota Care insurances. I also accept fees based on a clients ability to pay, a sliding fee scale.
How did you get started in this business?
I returned to University when my first child left for college. I completed my training in 2005 with a Masters Degree in Adlerian Psychotherapy.
