Mindful Reflections
About
Imagine waking up every morning knowing you have the skills to take on the world. How great does that sound? Over the last 8 years, I have worked extensively with individudals, and their families — offering them a wide range of counseling and psychological services to guide them through life’s challenges and most trying times.
I enjoy helping patients work through difficult times. I love seeing their progress, and getting to be a part of their journey.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An important part of the therapy process is building a relationship. I spend a great deal of time getting to know my clients and understanding their issues at hand. I care about my client's well-being, and provide them with the tools they need in order to seize the day, and learn how to tackle even the most traumatic circumstances.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I understand that everyone's needs are different, and that one therapy method does not fit all. Therefore, I use an integrative approach, using both evidence-based practices and holisitc modalities to help clients heal. I am trained in Brainspotting and I am nationally certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also have extensive training in positive parenting techniques. When I work with children and adolescents, I take time to listen to parents/guardians, and help them understand and manage their child's symptoms and behaviors.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, depression, abuse, attachment issues, and other major life changes.
