I work with teens and adults that may be experiencing anxiety and depression, having difficulties working through life changes, or having trouble connecting with others. Everyone can benefit from a private space to sort out those conflicting feelings, difficult life circumstances, and relationship problems.

We’ll work together using a cognitive behavioral, strengths-based, and person-centered approach to help you explore what is meaningful in your life and provide you with a positive outlook. When you’re ready to make a change, I’m ready to help you. I would be honored to work alongside you!
