About
I approach you as a complex individual with a multitude of feelings, motivations, hopes, and fears. I honor that complexity by joining you in co-constructing a therapeutic relationship where we can get to know you deeply in order to identify and transform problematic patterns.
I love being able to build deep, unique relationships with each person I work with, where they can learn about themselves, face fears, and grow into who they are.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I suggest that first we meet for an initial assessment, where we can discuss what has you looking for therapy, your goals, and any questions you might have. From there, we would plan to meet 2-3 more times for a more in-depth assessment. After that, I would make my recommendations for treatment and we can discuss how to proceed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a fully licensed master’s social worker. I am an advanced Ph.D student at the Institute for Clinical Social Work, where I have completed extensive training and consultation to deepen my clinical skills. I have worked in inpatient and outpatient treatment settings before opening my private practice in 2015.
