As a Trauma-Focused therapist I like to help my clients by finding the cause of their symptoms that led them to the therapy process. I also think it is important to provide psycho education to help my clients gain an understanding to assist them in achieving a feeling of empowerment. Providing them the tools and skills they need to cope with their mental health struggles is also necessary and what I hope the client achieves in using during their time in therapy.
Helping others understand what it is they are going through and struggling with and providing them the tools and insight they need to move forward so they can enjoy the rest of their lives.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free 15 minute consultation to see if you and I are a good fit and if I am qualified to provide therapy for you. Then I will schedule a 1 hour intake appointment within the week to do an assessment and find out your main goals for therapy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters of Arts in Counseling
