I desire to help you, your spouse or family to overcome the challenges in your life. I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to address unresolved individual, couple, or family issues. How did you get started in this business?
Helping people has been a passion of mines since an adolescent. I help individuals discover their best selves and live their best life, overcoming life challenges. As a Public servant senior manager of 30 years, I have helped individuals overcome fear, grief, anxiety, anger and other issues that cause them issues. I completed the required educational and exam requirements to become a certified and licensed counselor. As a National Certified and State License Counselor, I meet people where they are at in a nonjudgmental and safe environment. My goal is to help individuals, couples and families achieve their goal by overcoming life challenges, whatever they may be. They may be bipolar, anxiety, depression, self-hurt, fear, ADHD, relationship issues, we work together to help you. I believe that each individual, each family and each couple should enjoy life. There are occasions when a little help is required to help achieve joy. I am here to provide that assistance.

A safe and comfortable relationship between you and your therapist is key to helping you make the changes you want in life. You request a consultation with the counselor before committing to service. You can address your concerns during the consultation.
