I love the work I do as a guide and coach. It feels so liberating to see the transformation in my clients' lives as they change their lives for the better when working with me. I give clients steps they can take as they begin where they are to achieve their goals. Rather someone requires help with organizing their personal or business space, building confidence, relieving stress, discovering their gifts, talents, or purpose in life, help to improve their health and wellness, balancing their professional and personal life, business coaching, or whatever they want to achieve, I will be there to guide you with what you need.
I started out as a healthy lifestyle coach in 2004 while living in Los Angeles, CA, then in 2013, I began to incorporate the other services I offer to help my clients reach their goals while living near Flint, MI.
I have a certificate of completion through The Empower Center, which is a school of life coaching. I studied natural health under some of the most renowned natural doctors in their field. Such as Dr. Gary Young and Dr. Loraine Keefa. I am also the author of a natural health and wellness book.
I love to see the transformation that takes place from when a client starts working with me to midway of the journey and down the road.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a 30 min. complimentary discovery session to find out your needs and to find out if we're a good match to work together. If we are a good match, then we go right into your your 1st 1 hour session.
Most sessions go for 1 hour, sometimes a little over.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Empower Center, located in Flint, MI I also have been coaching and teaching since 2013.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All sessions are usually $80 each. The real value is $280 each.
How did you get started in this business?
At first I didn’t know that I would become a spiritual guide, life purpose and business coach or author for that matter. I was lead down this path in 2013 when I found myself coaching my talk show guests with having confidence to share their spiritual gifts openly and getting over limiting beliefs about themselves. This has blossomed into a beautiful life purpose of mine. There is nothing like being able to do what you love on your own terms. My work is so fulfilling! I look forward to assisting you on your journey!
