Pro Therapy Center, PLLC
About
Life sometimes has us feeling burnt out, used up, and exhausted. We feel so overwhelmed that we are unclear about what we want or are having difficulty pursuing it. We might feel lost and blame ourselves for our own hurt or insecurities. It can be scary to put yourself first and begin the process of seeking support, especially if you sometimes feel that you don’t deserve it.
Therapy is a place where you can share what’s on your mind, find your voice, and let go of self-blame or shame. It can also help you learn how to set healthy boundaries so you can take better care of yourself and feel more energized. Together, we can explore your situation to discover what you want in life and learn how to use your voice to feel heard and seen.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Taking the first step of reaching out can be challenging – I am so glad you’ve made it here. The next step is to have a 20 minute phone consultation to make sure it's a good fit, discuss logistics, and answer any questions you have. Once your consultation is completed, you can fill out the paperwork on the client portal and attend your first appointment.
Let’s connect and see if we can start working together.

I have a Masters Degree in Social Work from University of Michigan.

I accept Blue Cross Blue Sheild and self-pay. The exact cost to you depends on your exact insurance plan and can be discussed during the consultation call.

If you’re a giver, a caretaker, a perfectionist, or a people-pleaser, I may be a good fit for you. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, so the goals of therapy will be unique to you. I provide a calm, safe space for you to explore your values and clarify your goals to help you live the life you want. I can help you develop tools to manage your stress and anxiety and increase your peace of mind.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The most important factors to consider when looking for a therapist are:
- The therapist’s expertise with your particular problem
- Your general "feel" of the therapist and their treatment philosophy
- Your insurance or payment preferences
- Your location or tele-health preferences
- Mutual availability
Great news- These considerations will all be explored during your free phone consultation!
