About
Located in the Maryland suburbs of Washington DC, House Calls was fouded in 2004 by Beth Albaneze, CTRS CPRP. I have extensive experience as a credentialed rehabilitation and recreation therapist. I also have additional expertise in geriatric care management. The House Calls team is unique since we are a team of professionals from varied backgrounds providing on-line or at home emotional support and resources to walk our clients through times of adjustment and transition. What distinguishes us from other mental health services is that we meet with clients wherever they are comfortable in their home, on-line or even in a local park or coffee shop. House Calls delivers.
We enjoy educating providers and our clients on our team approach which includes highly trained practitioners to work with clients on community integration techniques, alterative therapies, guidance and coordination of resources and unusal challenges such as hoarding, chronic mental illness and families with special needs children.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client contacts us and reviews our website
Director of Case Management returns call and explains our services and requests completion of a pre appointment intake
Director of Case Management arranges initial consutation at their home or where comfortable ($175 we are private pay) and a $25 travel fee. If services are requested we continue to formulate an action plan and coordinate our team
