What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with clients in office and online. I like to first get to know my client in the first 1 or 2 sessions and then we get to work. Identifying what could be the issue holding you back and then determing the best methods to handle those issues.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge a standard rate ($120) for therapy that I require the client to pay during the session (after 45 min.). I do bill insurance for all sessions.
In my office, I take Carefirst BCBS, United Healthcare and Cigna insurances only.
