Ive never had a reiki session and had been dealing with some trauma and was referref to Shila by a friend. Lets just say I felt so much removed and released during our session. I have been back 4 times in the last month!

Hadnt been able to move my arm properly and after my massage I was able to move my arms and felt so stressless. Will definitely book with her again. I also liked the flexibility of being able to have an in home massage.
