What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process in meeting a new customer is phone contact and to hear what the concerns are and to establish a good therapist to client relationship to formulate trust and success in resolving and understanding the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a therapist for 26 years with a double masters in clinical psychology and licensed. I also have a certificate in brain injury and work with people with addiction problems. I have a wide range of experience and very compassionate by listening to the problems and taking the person where they currently try are and utilize different clinical interventions for each person to understand and learn why they think and feel the way they do.

How did you get started in this business?
After working in the field 26 years. I felt working in my own practice is more rewarding without dealing with unnecessary paperwork and insurance companies. Also to make it easier on the patients to not pay a co pay or be limited to the amount of sessions per week they could utilize.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Adults, families, addiction, brain injury, Autism, trauma. Anxiety, depression, dual diagnosed, bipolar, parenting interventions with children, adolescents.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for a clinician you can connect with and feel comfortable and supported to meet your needs and provide guidance and work to change the way of thinking and feeling improve their quality of life.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Be honest what they are looking for and experience a clinician has in the area of concern.
