My name is Tanya and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts! I enjoy helping people find out ways that their mindset can affect their mental health, to set them on a better path to wellness. I have experience within Community Mental Health, private practice and school-based settings for the past 9 years. I have mainly practiced in the Western Massachusetts and Central Massachusetts area, but I am excited to expand to areas encompassing all over the state of Massachusetts via telehealth. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give a call to see if we are a good fit, and answer some basic intake questions. Then we can set up an intake once all the paperwork is filled out.

How did you get started in this business?
I worked in Human Services right out of College and I got my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology 10 years ago. I then worked in the field of Community Mental Health and private practice for the past 9 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
People that are looking to find themselves and need help translating what is going on in their life, with possible disruptions of trauma, anxiety or work and family issues.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I enjoy being able to assist and guide clients everyday. It is a joy to work in this process!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you feel that this person and their experience is a good match for what you are looking for in your life. Rapport is necessary in this therapeutic relationship!

What goals are you looking to accomplish. What do you feel could be better in your life. Do you need help translating what is going on in your mind, if so how does this affect you?
