I have over 10 years of experience in the Mental health and Addiction field. Which includes working in crisis stabilization, medication management, individual and group therapy. Special interest in using cognitive behavioral therapy, meditation and mindfulness practices.
I have a masters degree in rehabilitation counseling and a bachelors in psychology. I have a certification in rehabilitation counseling and a License to practice Addiction therapy/counseling.
I enjoy my work and I am humbled by the people l I meet every day "through hope there comes strength and courage".

Assessment/Intake also include general democratic and contact information. Agree on therapy plan. Scheduled ;therapy sessions 45 minutes homework if appropriate by Zoom.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Masters is rehabilitation COUNSELLING certified and licensed addiction counselor. Motivational and meditation certified.
