I absolutely LOVE working with people. I LOVE when my clients come in one way and leave in a much more positive light. I LOVE when people get the results they're looking for. It's such a rewarding feeling. I just love the work I'm able to do, and better yet I'm very grateful of the work everyone allows me to provide them.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers is for me to have this client feel as naturally comfortable as possible. I offer an half hour of consultation to explain what is it is that I do and how I can better serve you by getting you from point A to B. After this consultation we both would have a greater sense of our next steps.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

How did you get started in this business?
Interestingly, I am also a cosmetologist. Starting out being a hair stylist back in 1990, I had multiple clients who sat in my chair who found comfort in confiding in me telling me their most private and intimate life occupancies. They have shed tears, to simply just wanting someone to listen. I had always been an effective listener and a confidant. Mind you I had started matriculation in being a lawyer. I was so sure my ultimate passion was being a lawyer, and thought nothing on this earth would ever stop me from being that attorney. To my surprise, I owe all honors to my hair clients. They opened my eyes. They have always said, Karli or Karlene " you should be a therapist, you should be a motivational speaker, you should counsel people" etc. on a daily basis that's all I heard YOU SHOULD BE A THERAPIST). I laid in bed one day, and said to myself, what is going on here. Why everyone thinks I should be a therapist. But meanwhile I'm asking myself this question, I was LOVING the way I dealt with my clients, because in the end the results they found to be very satisfying, and I felt such a rewarding feeling. I felt as though I was on top of the world. If you came in sad, you were leaving happy. If you came in, in distressed, I will lift the burden. Then I said ok, let me switch up a little bit and enroll myself in the psychology program and see if this is where I belonged. It was the best thing I've ever done.
