I have been a therapist and Substance Abuse Counselor for 30+ years. I started combining meditation and relaxation techniques with my work in the 80’s. I combine psychodynamic psychotherapy with CBT or whatever is needed. I work with adults in individual, couples, family and groups. I specialize in substance abuse treatment and have trained in doing interventions. I have two masters degrees as well as substance abuse licenses.
