What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would have a telephone conversation with the customer. As a customer you need to feel comfortable with me and be able to freely talk to me. Second I would meet with the customer in person and get a better idea of what area we need to work on. I would formulate a plan and present that to the customer and get working fixing whatever is broken.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A in finance and spent 12 years in corporate America at the highest levels in some of the largeest organizations. Feeling burned out I went on a spiritual journey and that’s when I honed in on my gift to provide counsel to others. That is where my life’s true purpose and calling was revealed and it has been perfect every since.
