I work with adult individuals and couples to help them make sense of and overcome their difficult life challenges. Whether someone is dealing with relationship issues, trauma, negative religious expereinces, or a life in transition, I provide a safe, non-judgmental place to work through these emotions and provide insight on how to live the life you want to live.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact me by email so we can setup a free 15-minute consultation to see if I am a good fit for you. Then we will schedule your first appointment if you are ready to move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University. I also have specialty training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).

What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with couples in crisis, people working through their past trauma, individuals dealing with anxiety and depression, and thristy-somethings that are moving to their next step in life.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for someone you trust and have a good relationship with. Without that, therapy will not be as useful.
