Catalyst Counseling And Coaching
About
I understand anxiety, depression, loneliness, and conflict and am here to help. I'm a seminary trained pastor, husband of 16 years, father of six sons and three daughters, and graduate of Stanford University. I've also worked with over 80 managers and been responsible for a $13 million budget. I'm happy to offer my gifts and experience to support you so that you don't have to turn to anger, pornography, eating, technology, and more.

I am part of the men's ministry leadership team at my church. I love helping men get connected in authentic and meaningful ways with other men. I want to see every man have the opportunity to have a band of brothers so that they be known, cared for, and tackle life's challenges with close friends.
