What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially provide an intial intake assessmemt. This assessment is a 12 page assessment where I ask a wealth of questions about any symptoms past and present, level of functioning and a variety of other areas.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a MS in Counselor Education from Indiana University along with a MBA
