I have over 21 years of experience helping clients ages 5-85. I have specialized training in anger management and trauma, as well as couples therapy.
I love helping see people improve their relationships with both themselves and others.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have new client intake packets on my website for clients to download and bring in with them. We go over their information so I can get to know them better and see how I can best help them. We develop a treatment plan together based on the needs and concerns of the client. I like to taylor the approach to the individual client and their specific needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Counseling and a Doctorate in Counseling. I also have a great deal of experience, 22 years, working with couples to improve their relationships. I have done a lot of work with clients who have PTSD, past abuse, and job stress. I have also led anger management groups for years. Recently I was trained in EMDR and additional anger Management skills.

$75.00 to $125.00, with insurance it is based on what the insurance company allows.
How did you get started in this business?
I saw a great need for hurting people with depression and anxiety. I aleady had 2 degrees and was working in another field.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with ages 3-73. I work a lot with couples as well as families and individuals. I see people with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, anger management issues and job stress.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
When I see a person be able to forgive someone who has hurt them and be released from years of resentment and unforgiveness, I am happy they are able to let go of past pain.
