About
Our work is derived from therapeutic, creative, and experiential disciplines. We (I and my four other clinicians) combine traditional "talk therapy" with experiential approaches through the use of story, art, music, nature, and relationships with animals. Our goal is to develop qualities of empowerment and adaptability for each individual and family.
Whether you are struggling with a typical life transition such as: marriage, divorce, adoption, or death, or suffering from anxiety, anger, depression, or self-harm/sabotaging behaviors, therapy will be tailored to your individual situation.
Our team approaches therapy with clients and families as a passion. We love helping others to reach their fullest potentials and to develop happy, loving, adaptive relationships.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether I end up working with a potential client or one of my talented clinicians does, I like to speak with each person to understand their needs, preferences, and availability. It is important to match each person with a clinician they can relate to.
