I believe that each person's issues are unique, and therapy changes on a case by case basis. As it should. Each of us have a different combination of attributes, personality characteristics, experiences and backgrounds. The combination of all that is YOUR life, and only yours. Therefore, I use an eclectic and empathic approach with each of my clients and sessions. I truly enjoy counseling individuals, families, and couples who are ready to move their life forward in a positive direction.
