About
My passion is to help people lead happier, healthier lives. I understand what it is like for people to feel sad, depressed or anxious. I use a variety of approaches including wholistic ones to find peace in a chaotic world.
I have been a practicing therapist for over 30 years. My current practice is in Peoria, Illinois. My office provides a calm, safe, peaceful environment to bring about change. Some of my credentials include: The Barb Runyon social worker of the year, The Children's Advocate, and The Pere Marquette Award. I have been an adjunct faculty member in the social work department for Bradley University.
My work has been published by the National Counseling Association.
