Hello, my name is Juavana I’ve worked in social & human services for 25+ years, and clinical role for 15+. My expertise & competencies have been learned via study, investigation & experience.

Have attained BA in Counseling Psychology & MA in Mental Health Counseling. I’ve provided & facilitated skill’s training & psychosocial education, mental health coaching, individual & group counseling & self-care coaching.

Offered spiritual coaching & cognitive rehabilitation. Serving various populations in residential, in-patient & out-patient settings. Specializing in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) Logo Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) & Coaching.

My emphasis is on self-care & self-management. I am passionate about holistic wellbeing, taking care of yourself holistically. The mental, emotional, spiritual, social and physical which focuses on individuals wellness as wholeness, all part’s working together.
