About
Our services stand out because we do not lead utilizing traditional counseling methods. We use Cognitive Behavior Training via Educational Counseling. In order for anyone to make a progressive change in their life that is consistent, we must help them navigate to the root of their how and why, followed with answers. Our goal is to guide our clients to a place of more understanding of self as that is where everything starts. Especially our relationships with a spouse, children, or co-workers.
Here at Maze of Life, we enjoy helping our clients find clarity and solutions. It is very liberating and gives us all here much fulfillment.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we first connect with our clients to find out what stumbling blocks they are experiencing. From there, our clients will let us know how many sessions they would like to start with, followed with a recommendation based on the information they have provided to us. Some clients prefer male, female, and others no preference. We will accomodate your wishes. Thereafter, we will assist our client with registration. Once client is enrolled and schedule is established, each week that we connect, we will cover certain material that is appropriate to our clients situation along with hearing what they would like to share. It is a collaborative effort. Each week is customized based off the previous sessions and we build from there. We do provide certain internal mapping worksheets to help our client better see themselves and their situation. Self awareness is key for personal growth. We introduce our clients to The Wheel of Life.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team here at Maze of Life is highly skilled and educated with over 30 plus years of experience. Our Licensure and Certification ranges from Licensed Professional Counselors, Life Coaches, Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselors, Certified Anger Management Specialist, Psychologist, etc.

How did you get started in this business?
Maze of Life started off by first providing services for court ordered clientele. Thereafter, we began to get referrals and opened our paths to provide services for proactive and corporate clients. We began to start helping not only individuals, but youth and families as well. We are thankful to be a resource to help individuals to improve their lives and relationships regardless of their situations or who sent them rather it was their employer, courts or themselves.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Here at Maze of Life, we have helped clients from all walks of life. From the Corporate CEO, to working men and women, youth and children. We have worked with all ethnic groups and ages.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We would advise those seeking assistance to be open to methods and options that are not considered to be traditional. Traditional ways and methods have been around for decades and many still find themselves stuck while utilizing them.
We believe in the old saying that, if you continue to do the same things over and over with no results, that it can be considered insanity. Most times, we have to do something different and step outside of our comfort zones, let go of our pre-conceived expectations and normalcy to get better results in our lives.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
We think that clients should ask those that they seek assistance from, "What are your plans to assist me with concerns or troubles that I am facing?"
