We are a small, friendly, warm and welcoming boutique counseling practice that focuses on providing you with the best therapist and services for your needs. We work with adults, couples, children, teens, and families and have particular expertise in treating couples as well as serious anxiety disorders such as OCD. We focus on evidence based treatments that are shown by research to be effective. We also work extensively with life transition stress (eg, divorce), women's empowerment/assertiveness, depression, and mom stress and postpartum issues. We can help you find peace, self-acceptance, and better relationships and get things back on track. We accept BCBS PPO. We even have a friendly mini-goldendoodle to welcome you!

Our job is to listen closely to you and hear what sort of issue you are seeking help for, so that we can provide the best therapist for your needs and best possible service so that you can feel better soon! Our friendly intake person will help you determine your needs, understand your insurance and costs, answer any questions you may have, and orient you to the process of therapy.
