About
A graduate of Chicago School of Massage Therapy, I have continuing education in Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Cranial Sacral, EBT, Hot Stone, Lypossage, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, and Reiki. I am in the advanced level at the Ohashiatsu Institute for Shiatsu Studies. My technique incorporates different modalities of bodywork tailored to the individual needs of the client.
After studying at the Vega Study Center in Oroville, CA to learn the Japanese vegetarian diet, Macrobiotics, I was led to the healing properties of foods, spices, herbs and the discovery of Ayurveda. In my coaching practice, I provide health alternatives, home remedies and supplements.
For fun, I am completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification course.
