I am a trauma informed therapist who specializes working with women who have been emotionally and verbally abused.
"Healing from Heartache" is my 7 step approach for recovery from abusive relationships. I am certified in EMDR which is gold standard treatment for trauma but works equally well with anxiety and depression.
I also work with children who suffer from anxiety or trauma.

I do a short telephone intake that takes about ten minutes
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's degree in counseling psychology, post graduate work in marriage and family therapy. In addition, I am EMDR certified. EMDR is gold standard treatment for trauma, and works equally well with anxiety and depression.
