I enjoy seeing people grow and change. I am a guide for them and a cheerleader and a person who is safe to talk with. I work with the client based on what they want, and give education, information or homework to them to add to the process

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
already answered, but I will continue. We start where the client is. The client tells me what they want to accomplish. I am a guide for them and help them move past obstacles and barriers to them reaching their goal. I build a safe and secure place where they can grow and learn. Using educational tools, psychological handout, homework and other means to strengthen clients. Teach inner resources as well as community resources to engage them in learning. We always start with their strengths first. Best job in the world for me! Been doing it for over 30 years now.
