Sheila has been down the road of a challenging and painful marriage and loves to pass on the hard lessons and tools she has learned in the process. Her non-judgmental, enthusiastic, caring and authentic ways make clients immediately comfortable and safe. She enjoys people and loves journeying with them in creating more healthy and fulfilling relationships.
I enjoy people and helping them sort out their past and present relationships. I love facilitating repair work and assisting people in reframing the way they see and react to the significant people in their lives. I am thrilled to partner with God in bringing healing and hope to hearts and homes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients text me their name, email address, and phone number. I input the information into my Simple Practice program and it sends them an email invitation to open an online secure client portal. Once they create their own password for their portal, they read and sign the agreements, fill out a client information sheet, and input demographic and credit card information. Clients may request a free 30-minute consulation or jump right in by scheduling their first appointment. Once the appointment is scheduled, they will receive email/text reminders. And when the session is completed, the credit card will be charged the evening of the appointment.
