What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all new clients, we will need to gather some necessary info from you. After completing our initial paperwork and insurance check the assigned clinician will do an assessment and the process for individualized treatment will begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several clinicians that are licensed social workers, licensed mental health counselors and Licensed marriage and family counselors. For some of our in home programs with children and families we have bachelors level staff ready to assist with many additional behavioral health needs.

We take Most major forms of insurance and medicaid. We also take cash and have several programs that are cash only. We accept most major credit cards for payments as well too. if you have any questions please contact our office 515-235-5224
